Great travelodge, in very good location with clean and fresh rooms.

book at your own risks - if u want a quick over nite this might be ok, heater not working well, stained linens, no hair dryer, room super duper small, no space to place even a carry-on, impatient receptionist & very poor service, safety hazards on the wet floor in the bathroom (with a sign to remind guests) but i wonder why no bath mat was provided at all. location wise is about 4-minute walk from Richmond Station if u don’t get lost in that zig-zagged route.

They won't let you leave your suitcase there. What's even worse is that even though it's a hotel, there's no water in the shower or taps. I stayed there for two nights, but there was no water, so I couldn't brush my teeth or wash my hair. Other people said that the water cut-off was more than just a one-time thing, so I guess the water supply is cut off on a daily basis. There was no refund or compensation for this. It was the worst hotel.

The room was very clean and had enough facilities for a night's stay. The only thing that is not provided in the room is a hair dryer, but you can borrow one at the front desk. It has good access and is surrounded by restaurants and shopping streets, giving the impression that it is located in a high-class residential area.

Clean and modern hotel. I recommend it for price. 40 minutes from the center with Public Transportation.

Very spacious, clean, comfortable and very good layout. Very very good Neighbourhood and very good and friendly staff. I am very good at experience with check in and check out Stuffs were very friendly whenever I requested any thing they were very responsive and very good The hotel had a very good atmosphere and it’s very safe. I’m very comfortable. My room had a really good view and I really liked the Richmond Neighbourhood

Had a great stay at Richmond Travelodge. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The location is perfect, so getting to all the main spots around Richmond is easy. The rooms were spotless, it was nice and quiet despite being so central, and we got a great night's sleep. If you're planning a few days in Richmond, I'd definitely recommend it.

very clean hotel, rooms and superb team. Very close to train station and team made me feel very welcome. Again will recommend to friends and family.

Room was good and the receptionist Andre and jabG was great also. Good stay friendly staff. Even the cleaners are nice.

Had a lovely stay at the this reasonably priced hotel in central Richmond. Andrè checked me in and looked after me so very grateful for his great service at reception.

We stayed at this hotel in London and had a wonderful experience! The place is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what truly made the difference was the service. The manager, André, was outstanding from the very beginning always available, very professional, and incredibly attentive. He helped us with everything we needed and made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we would definitely return!

Great location near transport, clean rooms, comfy beds and friendly staff. Excellent value for London. I would stay again!

I stay here fairly often for work. Rooms are always clean and having air conditioning is a very useful in the Summer. Japji is always a welcoming face on reception and is quick to sort any issues if they arise. The hotel is always quiet and very cheap for the location.
