Too close to the road. Any truck drive pass the whole property it is moving and noise.

Nice little family hotel, warm welcome, cozy room, new bathroom (I had the room w/ the private bathroom), wifi works. The traffic outside can be a little loud, but it's Vancouver 😅. Bathroom could be a little bit cleaner, tho toilet and sink were clean and towels were fresh.

While there was a bit of noise at times, the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Didn't like the noise other guests were making and the noisy road in front of the house.
The beds are great....
I missed that there was no tea or coffee in the rooms,even the coffeemaker was there.

The little hotel was a very pleasant place to spend the night and compared to many other hotels the price was not through the roof. The location within about 20 minutes of the vancouver airport was very convenient .
The room #1 was spacious and very clean with a very tidy bright bathroom. I would stay here again.

The bathroom was so dirty. Pee on the walls and around the toilet. Thankfully we were only there for one short night.

Actually I did not stay there so my review is based on listing. After the booking I went to read listing again and then I realized may there was problem for me. I am an old man and get up many times at night. There was no telling where the bathroom was: how far from my room? At upstairs or downstairs? Did I will go past other room and guests and disturb others? So I decide booking another hotel. This place was at good location in Richmond that was I picked it. My stay in Vancouver was a short visit only 24 hours. I hope it will tell me more in future.

Nice place to stay, quiet, very short driving distance to airport. Value for money, walking distance to shops, restaurants and other amenities.
