book at your own risks - if u want a quick over nite this might be ok, heater not working well, stained linens, no hair dryer, room super duper small, no space to place even a carry-on, impatient receptionist & very poor service, safety hazards on the wet floor in the bathroom (with a sign to remind guests) but i wonder why no bath mat was provided at all. location wise is about 4-minute walk from Richmond Station if u don’t get lost in that zig-zagged route.

The room was very clean and had enough facilities for a night's stay. The only thing that is not provided in the room is a hair dryer, but you can borrow one at the front desk. It has good access and is surrounded by restaurants and shopping streets, giving the impression that it is located in a high-class residential area.

Considering it’s the same price as other hotels it was below standard - lock to bedroom broken so anyone could get in, lights broken, noisy air conditioning and not a glass to be seen for water. Felt like an depressing easy jet flight

It was a great location for what we wanted it for but was not expecting such a small room with no opening window or even ability to see out of the window and even with air conditioning it was stiflingly hot - and it wasn’t even a hot day.

Great town centre location, small room but good facilities. Clean except for the door frame of the bathroom. The main problem is the noise from the adjacent road. The bed vibrated every time a lorry or bus went past and, as this is London, some of the bus services are 24 hours. The bathroom needs a bath mat.

Finn the Springer and I could not have had a better experience. The staff was so warm and friendly, and the room was comfortable and spotless. We are definitely staying here when in the area. We would like to extend our gratitude to all the staff.

The location is 5 star. The rooms are clean and small but you are not booking this hotel to spend lots of time in your hotel room! You are staying here due to its location. Richmond is so wonderful. Tip: to enhance your stay say Hi to André, the manager...!
