The staff are very nice and helpful, the shuttle and the breakfast are also good. The location is around 10 mins walk to Skytrain ( I think this is the only reason, I am not used to it ) especially when I go back at night time.
Otherwise it is a nice hotel and there are few restaurants around and easy access to the Famous spots Night Market in summer.

When we arrived there was an power outage in that area. Luckily that was resolved in the end. We were allowed to store out luggages with them before our check in. The room was clean and nice. I would only recommend this hotel is there is a flight to catch and the hotel offers a 24 hr shuttle. The driver was helpful. Otherwise, not much within Richmond to explore, I would prefer to stay in downtown. Hotel was a distance from train station.

The location is convenient, next to Costco and Foody nearby, just 10-15 mins walk to skyline station. The room quite spacious and overall is clean and tidy.
The breakfast is normal and there is a mini store at the lobby that you can buy medicine, snacks and drinks.

Good breakfast.
The room looks ok but there was bad smell out of bathroom made me hard to sleep well.
The bath tub is not cleaned and seemed old enough to use.

It rarely snows heavily in Vancouver. I rented a car and arrived at the hotel in a few minutes from the airport. I was checked in before 12:00 noon. Park your car in the hotel's exclusive underground garage, and the elevator goes straight up to your room, which is safe and warm. It's snowing heavily outside and the room is as warm as spring. Highly recommended if you want to live near the airport.

The room is very clean. You bring your own toothbrush and other toiletries. The hotel does not provide slippers. There is no hot water kettle in the room, but there is a coffee machine and boiling water in the lobby. Western breakfast, the same every day.
