The theme of the hotel is absolutely unique and fantastic. The rooms were very clean along with the staff being very friendly and also personal.

Staff was very kind and helpful, valet service was wonderful. My bathroom was out of shampoo, conditioner, the shower did not work well, and the light was out in the bathroom. Outside of the bathroom, the room was great.

We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommended. Given the limited parking in the area, I would recommend using the valet.

We booked a room with two queen beds and were given one right facing the elevator. So the whole night I could not sleep - ever time when the elevator arrives it buzzed 4 times and every time somebody called for an elevator it buzzed once. When I asked the reception if they have a room less torturing, they said the room we got is the only one with double queen beds.

Everything was perfect. From the valet parking of our Tesla (they charged us up overnight!) to the gorgeous and clever decor of the lobby & rooms (love the school theme), to the spacious room, comfy bed, perfect room temperature, nice bathroom, and delicious coffee and breakfast in the lobby restaurant. Will make this our go-to hotel chain as much as possible.

Really nice menu at the restaurant in the hotel, which was great for a weary traveler arriving late and not wanting to go out to find somewhere to eat. Water in the shower was lukewarm at best, which was a bit disappointing on a cold day, but other than that an overall good experience!
