Receptie dag en nacht bemand, receptionisten zijn vriendelijk. Verder heel basic hotel. Kamer is heel klein. Bedden zijn hard en absoluut niet comfortabel. Geen dekens maar sprei, weet niet of deze iedere logé gewisseld wordt. (?) We hebben geen ontbijt bijgeboekt vanwege de mindere recensies elders. (Ontbijten kan overal in Rome) . Badkamer heel klein maar voldoet. Dagelijks schone handdoeken. Pluspunt... recht tegenover hotel een fantastisch restaurantje. (Aanrader!) Centraal station ook op loopafstand.
