Excellent location, within walking distance to most downtown attractions. The hotel breakfast is superb! Shopping and dining options nearby are also very convenient.

Our 10 days stay at the hotel was at best average. The overall hospitality can be improved. Good things: Team is responsive and delivered when asked to change pillows (at one instance). Breakfast service was good with friendly staffs. Areas for improvement: a) Room bathroom has cracked tiles and overallroom maintenance can be improved. b) House keeping was done at different time almost every day - for someone traveling with toddler, this wasn't the best situation. c) Hotel can atleast ensure when giving room to customers to have fresh water bottle (even though it is not filled). We asked for a fresh one but never got it, hence never used it. Ensuring a fresh and maintained room is basic hospitality for which Radisson has charged.

Underwhelming. The general hotel is nice but the rooms are quite modest and the housekeeping service was spotty — no soap in the shower, missed service one day of two. Located across from a nice park but not near the old town. From desk staff were the highlight though — very nice and friendly.

The hotel has a rich breakfast and provides care products. No toothbrushes are provided, but overall it is good and the front desk staff are very enthusiastic.
