The hotel furniture like the bed and sofa were old. The bed creaked and it was uncomfortable to sleep. In addition, the fans were not strong enough to cool down. Otherwise, the hotel was nice.

Nice budget hotel. The room is clean and well-equipped. There is a nice terras to enjoy the good weather. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. The checkin and check are also very easy. The hotel is also very close to bus stops (for no. 1, 51, 52) - which makes easy to reach the city center.

we stayed 2 weeks in this apartment, nice place, apartment very clean and cozy, perfect location, stuff excelent and friendly, in apartment we found everything for cooking, only thing that was disturbing that near is the kindergarden, but if you close the windows - no problem. special thanks to Elena

well-equipped apartment, excellent location, parking available, playground, quiet area close to the center of Riga. nice service, helped to solve the problem with lost luggage. Bar downstairs. Close to the train station. Definitely recommend.

On the good side, it was a pleasant place, the room was very clean and the reception staff was very polite. But on the other hand, they charge you 100 euro "security deposit" which they inform you only when you are about to check in. Then they deduct some fees from that for some "broken glasswear", when we did not even use the glasswear inside the room nor used the minibar. This is very unprofessional to charge money on false reasons. On top of that, the AC was broken for the last 2 days, and we had to sleep without AC during the summer, because the maintenance was only available during the weekends.

The room was clean and welcome lady was polite. But be careful, take a pictures of minibar when you check in and other things/room to avoid additional charges in month after your accommodation. Unfortunately, not good experience with this place.

Cozy and clean
Clean and cozy, but of course the 4th floor was very hot through the night as there's no AC. However, for the price I'd say the place is very good quality.
