Pullman Riga Old Town (Renovated 2025)

The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quite clean and newly refurbished however there were too many basic errors and design choices / management choices that are not up to the level of the other 5 star hotels in Riga. The mini bar was ridiculously expensive I mean 2 or 3 times as much as other hotels in the city and they had the nerve to charge me for a drink I don’t consume. They have apologised since and I’m waiting on a refund. The tiny tub if almonds were listed for 14 euros for example. No hooks in the bathroom for clothes, no shower screen on the bath, limited buffet options for breakfast but decent Al a carte options, furniture in room not comfortable, no proper wardrobe, rug in the room but covered by the bed, no teapots or large mugs for tea. My advice is only stay if the rate is about 1/2 of the other 5 star hotels in Riga.

The Pullman is a very upscale hotel, centrally located in the old town of Riga. Getting here from the airport was easy, and the check-in was smooth. The staff greeted me with a smile and provided tips about Riga. The room was clean, spacious and you could tell its been recently renovated. The Spa facilities left a bit to be desired, with a tiny pool and a sauna that didn't get too hot. Still, the restaraunt in the hotel made up for it with excellent food and service. For the price paid I was blown away. Would definitely stay again.

Very good service. We came with the early flight, and they gave us a room already 8 a.m. instead of 3 p.m.

Nice location on the edge of the city. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was newly renovated, the smell of paint was still very strong. The pool was lovely although very small and narrow. The cocktails were fabulous. We ordered the cheese board and it took ages to arrive and the cheese looked like it had been sitting out for a while and there was no crackers.

Excellent hotel, lovely staff & fantastic ambience.

It is located right next to parliament, which it does not says on location. Means you can not enter with your car, only taxi drop off and pick up. Rooms were really nice fully upgraded but cleanliness is not good. I checked in to the room all was perfect until I noticed 2 big spiders with big webs right on top of bed at night. Reported to reception but was no good. Had to kill them myself.
