The hotel staff are EXCELLENT. Especially Dina. We were stuck in Rimini for 5 days due to the UK ATC issue and Ryanair’s incompetence. The kindness shown to us by Dina during this time was invaluable. She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and that really helped ease a stressful situation. Hotel recommended by friends, therefore by booking directly in the structure. Hotel with an excellent position in relation to the center and the confusion, very close to mini markets and restaurants and above all to the sea. Clean hotel, normal rooms and bathroom with comfortable shower. I recommend booking and using the parking if available because in the evening in the summer it is almost impossible to find a place nearby. The breakfast (very poor) was served in the hotel opposite the structure, not at all comfortable and pleasant. Very nice and very friendly and helpful staff. Upon our arrival we found fresh water and coupons (10/15/20% discounts) to be used at restaurants and pizzerias.

Quiet and convenient location to the beach / restaurants. Staff very welcoming and always available at all times. Quality breakfast with a lot of choice. Comfortable and comfortable room for 4. Recommended!

The Rubens hotel is small but located in a quiet street. The rooms are small but well used. I really appreciated the presence of vegetable soaps, recycling bins in the corridors of each floor and the very abundant breakfast, with vegan alternatives. The staff is young, always smiling, helpful and multi-ethnic. There is a welcoming atmosphere and a shuttle service available for customers who do not have vehicles with them. Excellent value for money. I'll be back ☺️

The staff is very friendly, but the rooms are not satisfactory. The sheets weren't clean. There was an unpleasant smell in the room and there was food in the minibar from previous guests. Very noisy young guests late into the night.

Personnel vraiment très accueillant et gentil !! Merci à vous et pour vos conseils ! Hôtel très propre avec un petit déjeuner vraiment très bon! Rapport qualité prix imbattable !! Nous recommandons vraiment! C’était juste une halte pour nous mais nous avons vraiment apprécié. Très facile de se garer à cette période aussi.
