Beautiful room, with a pull out couch and balcony for smoking. The King bed was perfect. Everything was clean and convenient. Quick drive to get decent food in the area. It was a local getaway for my birthday and I loved it for that. I would go again and def recommend it if you just want a place to stay for a change of scenery. Highly recommend and would stay again.

A great place to stay. Excellent location with easy access to major roads and interstate highways . There is also a park and ride located just 10 minutes down rt 17 south. Very pleasant, efficient staff. Spacious rooms, comprising of separate bedroom, living room and kitchen facilities, and the bathroom has great amenities. Coin operated laundry facilities and there is also a shop on site where they sell a variety of items including detergent and fabric softener. Excellent free WiFi as well as a computer service with printer available. There is also an Enterprise car rental within 5 minutes that will collect you and drop you back to the hotel when you are picking up or dropping off one of their vehicles. Handy restaurants in the area. I'd highly recommend the property . For a reasonable fee you can also have your dog stay with. Forgot to mention that there is also a nice outdoor pool with pool side lounge chairs and tables, umbrellas, chairs for eating outside as well as a great barbecue you can use. There's also a good gym/exercise room.They do practice covid policies for cleaning and protection. The mask policy would be the State of NJ guidelines. But I can say l felt confident at all times that I was in a safe environment.

Self-driving tour, not far from Oh Terrace, I did n’t visit enough on the first day and continued the next day. The hotel is nice and spacious, we have a room for four of us, it is ok

The staff admits that this place needs a facelift for sure but Hilton doesn't have the time to close floors to do it. hmmm..... on the 3rd floor water pouring in from the ceiling so we were walking around buckets to get to our room. The pool is never open when we are here and not taken care of. overall dirty rooms dingy and need attention big time. I get that it needs remodeling (more than that) but then the prices should reflect it not more, less money. The staff is overall friendly, as we go there alot. The main issue for us is that Hilton has changed their pet policy which is a deal breaker for us. We are Hilton honors diamond members and have given our business to Hilton for years but this policy will make us change. They are taking carpets our of rooms because of pets relieving themselves and apparently anything goes, frankly we like pets. just do not want to sleep in a bed where dogs, cats and the like have ”stayed” People have pet allergies you know and it is not sanitary either. It is a pet first society, forget the humans that actually pay for things. When we were there we had to change rooms which was difficult because there were 2 German shepherd type breeds directly across the hall that kept up barking and carrying on. Again, we have nothing against dogs or cats etc., however when it is taking away from the pleasure and rest of paying patrons it is a big issue. Maybe a compromise Hilton and have a ”pet floor”. the staff tries to help as best they can.

We spent one night at this hotel on a trip. The reception staff was very welcoming and answered our questions easily and pleasantly. We were in room 214 which is on the back of the hotel. We did not hear any noise from busy Route 17. There are two restaurant choices within safe walking distance and access to and from Route 287 was easy. The entire hotel was clean. It is either a new hotel or newly renovated as everything was up to date and aesthetically pleasing.The breakfast includes hot options. I cannot think of ANYTHING to say that is negative about this hotel!

Excellent value for money, good service. But the weekend is difficult to set, we have to make two bookings. However, there is a highway downstairs, and people who don't sleep well should be cautious.

The hotel is cost-effective and the transportation is very convenient.

I stayed at this Holiday Inn in Haskell, NJ, in mid March because of its location and convenience to visit family and friends, as I have for years. This time though, I noticed a big change. It was very obvious that the hotel was feeding and housing a number of homeless people. Because I normally travel alone, I brought this to the attention of the front desk in addition to speaking with the manager. I was informed that he was not aware of this problem but he had cameras. I said he should watch his cameras then and he would clearly see what was going on. As I became more aware throughout my stay, I saw more evidence of this situation by the breakfast bar and throughout the hotel. Before leaving, I again told the front desk to please tell the “manager” that I am aware of what is going on and in order to make a few extra bucks, he is doing a disservice to his paying customers. I worry about my safety and the security at this hotel and I am uncomfortable in revisiting this Holiday Inn Express Haskell-Wayne area, as long as this continues. If you decide to stay there, please be observant and very aware of your surroundings because the hotel staff refused to address my concerns.

Breakfast is very healthy and fresh, there are fresh omelette fillings every day, give 1 knife tip, the room is very clean, there is Phoenix TV Chinese station!
