Reviews of Copa Sul Hotel

The hotel's location is superb, very close to the Obelisco, Teatro Colón, and El Ateneo Grand Splendid. It was the only hotel on our South America trip that allowed early check-in and late check-out. They also helped us arrange a taxi, definitely recommended!

Rooms are not very new but ok in general. Our room had a yard view that was not very nice but not noisy. The only thing is not good is that water in the plumbings doesn't drain well which causes inconvenience

The hotel is good, but the toilets are small and inconvenient. The window latches are broken, so you can hear the street noise all night. The breakfasts are good and the staff is friendly.

Good location, nearby beach, also ipanema in walking distance. Breakfast is from 6 p.m. buffet not so rich but ok

The location is good, a 3-4-minute walk from Copacabana Beach. Breakfasts are delicious and nutritious. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. The only issues are the condition of the air conditioning in the room (very loud and worn out) and the visiting policy (no guests allowed, even temporarily; an additional fee is required for each guest).

Our stay was two days and it was very pleasant. The breakfast, the cleanliness, and the staff at the hotel were excellent.

Great location near Copacabana and Ipanema. Good breakfast. The room is big. However, the plumbing needs repair. The shower and the sink faucet were constantly dripping.

Terrible management of the problems, I had to leave the hotel due to water problems (several passengers) they lied to us all day that the water would arrive and it did not, they promised to refund the unused nights and it did not, they did not even bother to relocate me. In addition I had an accident in the bathroom due to maintenance problems of the facilities and they did not even apologize, solving the problem the next day. Nobody answers and when you travel what you need is that when a problem arises, it is solved.
