Hotel is located just opposite of metro station. Room is ok. Facilities seems a little bit old. Luggage storage needs to pay a fee (R$30) is a bad point.

I paid a premium rate but had no internet. I asked at check-in if there was English speaking TV available and was told yes. There isn't. They charge you for water In the fridge. No way to get coffee before 6am. Bed was comfortable.

Location is good however you will have strange experience when you want to store your luggage for few hours after you checked out, cause you need to pay 30 local dollars for this service. I never have this experience before.

The hotel is well located, but the lack of maintenance of the facilities is highly noticeable.

Rooms in inadequate condition, bathrooms in poor condition. We had to change hotels and lose our reservation money.

I made a reservation for one night on September 12th for a couple. The website did not have a double bed option and I asked if it was possible to change to a double bed instead of 2 singles. When I arrived at the hotel, one of the receptionists said there were no rooms available to move to. Another one said there were, and the first one still did not want to change. However, that was the least of the problems. When I entered the room, the floor was dirty, it looked like there was sand. The wooden headboard was full of termites and the soap dish in the bathroom was all rusty. A dirty and disgusting room. The maid had to go to the room after I checked in to sweep and mop the wood. The air conditioning was so loud that I couldn't sleep. And the elevator, which looked like it hadn't been serviced in a long time. I do not recommend it at all!!

Everything was fine except for the long check-in. It says check-in after 2pm, they checked us in after 4.30pm and didn't even apologize Otherwise, no complaints

It was satisfactory within expectations, a good breakfast

Very nice, excellent breakfast, pretty good location. The main problem was that the wifi didn't work at all and the elevator was very noisy and seemed like it would fall down at any moment. Everything else was excellent.

Top of the top, little pool, love

The room I was taken to had more modern furniture. I've been referred to older rooms, so I don't know if all rooms have a standard design. I usually stay at this hotel when the price is affordable, as it tends to vary. It is opposite the subway and close to restaurants and pharmacies. It is also close to the beach.

It doesn't match the photos, the hotel is very old, dirty, the elevator looks like it's going to fall at any moment, the breakfast is poor, it's well located, but I wouldn't go back.

The accommodation was good and the food was good too. Location is satisfactory for traveling

Great location, exceptional breakfast but the wi-fi doesn't work.
