Friendly reception, old hotel that could use better maintenance. I went to use the gym and all the equipment was faulty and falling apart. Breakfast was good, I was very satisfied.

I stayed on the 6th, 7th and 8th, room 104, golden park rio de janeiro airport, on the 6th night I used my notebook to order ifood because I don't have ifood and cards saved on my cell phone.....and I put it on to charge because I was low the battery, I closed it and it stayed on the table closed, the next day I left the whole day I arrived at dawn and on Monday I left, I kept the notebook in his briefcase and when I arrived at a client to work and when I tried to turn on my notebook it would not turn on and I put it in the charger socket and nothing or signal and when I looked closely I realized it was cracked, my 3 month old notebook, just bought to work and it was broken in this hotel and I am without my work tool, I need a solution, see who entered my room , I want an urgent solution to my problem, my notebook is for work and I can't wait, I'm still paying until next year.... I'm waiting for an answer

The hotel experience was good. Excellent location, and according to what I wanted due to the event I went to.
Some points I didn't like:
1. "Rolled up" reception.
2. Room was not clean, which made it take approximately 30 minutes to release the room.
3. I called the day before to find out about parking, and they informed me that I didn't need a reservation, and when I arrived they said I had to make a reservation, and it took us about 30 minutes to get a parking space at the hotel.
4. Private room was leaking water from underneath.

My flight was delayed and I asked the hotel to check in at 9 am, that is, instead of spending the night at the hotel, I would only spend a few hours during the day. I only requested to check out a little later. The hotel management refused my request. They don't even know how to win customers.

Hotel very well located, old style room and bathroom but everything well maintained. Breakfast very varied and everything fresh.
The only thing left to be desired was the air conditioning, which was very noisy and I couldn't sleep with it on.
