Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful! Location is great and close to everything you need. Room could have been cleaner. (Found hairs in the shower). Hotel is old but still comfortable, we had a great view of Christ the Redeemer from our room. Walls are thin but we were lucky with the neighbours and had no issues. Breakfast is good, would prefer some more variety as most of it is the same daily. There is a 10 percent service fee when checking-in that is not stated on trip.com but is on other booking websites, trip.com refunded this fee.

The receptionists are grumpy. The air conditioning doesn't work (I requested a room change and the answer was that all rooms have the same problem, due to the type of air system). The breakfast is very weak, with low quality products, in addition to the coffee itself, which has a horrible taste. The TV has a bad image. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and the mattress is good. For the price charged, it wasn't worth it.

There was no space for my car, I had to leave it on the street. The staff are attentive. The room was ok but the air conditioning was not very cold. Positive point: smart TV. The bathroom is old but clean. Breakfast had no cake or sweet bread.
