I was many time B&B hotel visit~ Front desk all staff nice^ very kind ~ I recommend hotel~ And can walking beautiful beach~

Hotel was nice and clean and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels We had a corner room in tower 2 large room with comfort super king bed on 10th floor Water pressure to shower was poor receptionist did offer a different room and pressure was better but bathroom felt a bit dated Windows we’re not sound proof this was a little in convenient as there was a major construction site opposite and the hotel is on a main road to the beach Breakfast had plenty of choice There was free Wi-Fi in the room this was a major let down very poor signal

Horrible hotel

Horrible and overrated hotel. The platform is extremely misleading. The hotel is poorly maintained, the state of the elevators in block 1 is alarming. Not to mention the room. There was noise coming from the elevator system all the time. The windows, due to their poor condition, do not soundproof the noise from the avenue. The air conditioning did not cool due to the dirt in the filters. The most disgusting thing was the bathroom, moldy smell, shower drain with hair and fungus. We made these complaints at reception and due to the occupancy we did not have a solution. The buffet breakfast they offer was terrible. It should be noted that the staff, regardless of what happened, was always extremely polite and friendly.

Good hotel. The only minus is that it is very hot in the cafe where breakfast is. There is nothing to breathe, there are a lot of people. The room is good. The balcony is large. Cleaning is excellent. Breakfast is monotonous but interesting. The location is excellent, Copacabana and Ipanama are nearby.

The hotel has good facilities, the room is spacious, clean, beautiful and comfortable. It is well located, about 300 meters from Copacabana Fort on a busy street with lots of options. The breakfast is varied and tasty. However, there are some caveats: the elevator is tiny and old; the bathroom exhaust fan was broken, with no circulation to dissipate odors; the shower was old, with a faulty jet and difficult to regulate the temperature.

Everything was fine, but the staff certainly needs to learn some politeness.

The price is moderate but the location is excellent, the surrounding facilities are complete, and the transportation and catering services are convenient

At first they put me in a room that had some defect in the air conditioning that caused mold on the wall. But after the exchange everything was incredible. The room is comfortable and has everything necessary for a good stay. The location is excellent, the staff are mostly helpful. Especially the breakfast ones!
