Location is very good. It is close to copacabana beach and subway station. However the male receptions are not friendly. They should smile at the guests.

This is a worst stay. The hotel is dirty and roaches everywhere in the room. Bed sheet looks so unwashed and the room looks so small. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The owner of this hotel need to do a xomplete renovation and hire clean anc capable cleaners that will ensure that rooms are well cleaned.

Very, very poor, even if the hardware facilities are old, the hygiene is also worrying, the shower curtain is moldy, and the corners of the sink are dirty. The staff's efficiency is very low and the restaurant environment is mediocre. You can't get a refund after check-out, otherwise I wouldn't have paid 3600 for a five-night stay.

Employees with a frown, grumpy, unprepared. A higher amount than the amount stated in the reservation is always charged. Even when it states “fees already included” they charge everything again. And there's no point in arguing, they're arrogant and think they're doing you a huge favor by “accepting” you as a guest. The elevator is old, it grabs, the button you request doesn't light up. Old bath towels that are very worn out. Bad duvet or blanket. Anyway, the hotel is terrible. We stayed there out of necessity due to the location due to a course that a group of friends took. If it weren't for that, I would never book this hotel.
