3/ 5The cleaning was terrible, we stayed for 5 days, the room was not cleaned, after several requests, they only changed the towels! Even without the bedding, they changed. As for the location, it is very good. The staff are very polite. Although they did not solve the cleaning problem, they always promised that someone would clean it. The facilities are very old, some things are broken, and there is water in the sink. The sea view is a very positive point.

The main attraction of the hotel is its excellent location and first-class service, but it leaves regrets when it comes to the structure, because it is an old and poorly designed property, the shower area (bathroom) is very tight and small The coffee shop space, especially considering the number of guests. However, the location plus the preferential price make up for these "deficiencies", next to the Copacabana Palace, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and the best, facing the sea. I recommend it to everyone.
