Check-in took a long time! The employee who served us is an elderly man, very slow and without any empathy. The employees on the day were more cordial and agile! The hotel is sufficient for those who are only spending one night. Room with moldy walls, rusty bathroom trash can. A man managed to open my door, which was locked with his electronic key, which was from another room (detail: I was wearing panties and a bra) I reported it to reception and nothing was done! Positive points: hotel smell and shower!

Cleaning service leaves something to be desired in the room
Breakfast very good but it says an order for a sandwich at night and the attendant forgot to take the order. I called to collect and the order only arrived after the restaurant closed, at 10:30 pm.
I ordered a steak sandwich and the meat wasn't even steak. It arrived cold and tasted terrible. Extremely hard carme. Cold, almost raw potatoes.
Very good reception, but the check-in was a little confusing, they couldn't find the reservation.
Checkout was quick and organized even with high demand.
