Don’t know how this property got there 8,6 stars review… our room had common bathroom on the hallway, the property is full of ants and other bugs, everything is in bad shape, need desperate renovations. Location ok

Staying here was like staying with family. I was greeted with pao de queijo in a really cool building behind a security gate and offered coffee. My bag was carried to my room which was really big and comfy! The jacuzzi bath was really impressive. Breakfast on the roof terrace was an event in itself with really good variety of food and I had a tapioca pancake cooked especially for me. The coffee was really good and Day and Lucas were fantastic hosts. Day and I used Google translate to communicate. Lucas offered me a shower before getting the taxi to the airport after keeping my bag there all day at no extra cost. The location is fab - just a block or so from General Osorio Metro in one direction and two blocks from Copacabana Beach. Walked around on my own after dark and felt safe - obviously keep your wits about you! In terms of helpfulness, you cannot go wrong here.

Hostal antiguo y sucio. Todo se sube por escalera, sin pasamanos, peligrosa. La atención de Eli, la recepcionista es lo peor de la estadía, antipática y pedante. Desayuno horrendo, solo panes viejos, miel, ananá, café y jamón caliente. En el desayunador hay bichos y hormigas. Las habitaciones son ruidosas y con moho y humedad. No hay servicio de limpieza. No te reponen sábanas, toallas ni papel higiénico. Nunca más volvería, no contraten con Rede Reserva Copacabana / FULLANO. Son una empresa fantasma que no tienen sede local en Río, y ante un problema no hay nadie que responda.

Afora a decoração com apêlo intimista e travesseiros macios, me decepcionou em vários aspectos, quais sejam: 50 degraus a partir do terreo para o terraço aonde é servido o café da mahnhã. Meu quarto ( suíte ) o banheiro não tinha sabonete, xampu e condicionador. O cesto do baneiro estava parcialmente enferrujado, a cabeceira do lado que tem um abajur, não tem tomada para ele, a vedação da janela não ofrece vedação de claridade satisfatória e o hotel não tem agua mineral no regrigerador e nem para vender

Excelente opção! Em lugar estratégico no bairro de Copacabana/Ipanema, próximo da praia, estação de metrô e comércios em geral. Hotel estilo familiar, correspondeu por completo minha necessidade e expectativa.

Queriam me cobrar uma taxa, disseram que não havia sido cobrado pelo aplicativo. Porém mostrei o valor que paguei diferente e superior ao que me mostraram e tudo ficou entendido, não foi preciso pagar o valor. Só achei isso estranho. A fechadura do quarto que eu fiquei está fazendo muito barulho, acordando todos do quarto ao sair para o banheiro, visto que o banheiro é compartilhado e fica fora do quarto. As meninas muito simpáticas e atenciosas. Local aconchegante.

Nossa hospedagem foi bem rápida, entretanto amamos o recebimento caloroso dos responsáveis pelo hotel. A localidade é ótima! Praia de cobacabana e ipanema "right on the corner" literalmente muito perto de tudo e das principais atrações. Usamos bastante transporte público e uber e a localização do Velinn é privilegiada atendendo um grande renge de transporte. Sobre a hospedagem, o hostel é simples, porém lembra a casa da mãe, pois tem o que é necessário que é muito amor e uma ótima vibe. Tudo funcionou, ar-condicionado, chuveiro etc ( pontuo isso pois passamos por varios hotéis nessa mesma viagem com muita coisa inclusa ou "luxo" porém o básico não atendia as nossas necessidades) então é interessante sempre pensar nisso. Ótimo café da manhã! Eles sempre estão abertos a satisfazer o hospede, então estão sempre abertos a sugestão de comida para fazer do seu café da manhã a melhor período do seu dia! Super recomendo o hotel! Obrigada Velinn pela prazerosa estadia!

Hotel muito bem localizado entre Copacabana e Ipanema. Casa tem boa estrutura de cozinha, Quarto amplo cama confortável e banheiro ótimo. Sabrina foi muito prestativa e atenciosa. Única ressalva é que chegamos bem cedo( 6:30 )para deixar as malas e tivemos que esperar na rua porque parece que o horário de atenção começa às 8hs.
