Best Spa Hotel in Rio de Janeiro

It's quite satisfactory. The advantage is that it is located next to the famous Copacabana Beach. There is a swimming pool on the roof and you can see the scenery. The scenery outside the room is also very good, but the outside glass is dirty, it would be better to clean the scenery. Breakfast is also ok. The disadvantage is that the room decoration is relatively ordinary, and there is no bathtub. It has nothing to do with luxury, and there is no desk. The room is small, but it is clean. But the value for money is OK, because it doesn't charge inflated prices. Overall rating: 4. Whether you want to choose depends on whether you are after luxury or cost performance.

My wife and I stayed in the hotel for 10 days for our honeymoon after receiving a recommendation from a friend. When we first arrived we were disappointed because the room had not been cleaned adequately (dirty carpet, stains and dead bugs in the bathroom) and despite informing the hotel we were coming for our honeymoon we didn’t receive any special welcome, for example a note or message from the hotel or chocolate gift as we saw others receive on Instagram. We complained to the reception about the cleanliness and the next morning the room was cleaned to our expectations, we were happy with how the complaint was handled. The hotel room we were given was an ocean view on the 10th floor. The view was amazing and we loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean. However we feel that for the price and star rating of the hotel, the rooms need to be refurbished, the room feels dated and the bathroom finishings are not befitting of the hotel we expected from the pictures; messy paintwork and grouting, broken wooden furniture, poor quality shower and at one point there was no hot water so our first night was cold showers. We have stayed in lower and similarly priced and rated hotels and the quality of the room and bathrooms were better than this hotel. We used the tennis courts and gym during our stay which was a nice option. We both had the tropical Spa experience which was a wonderful and relaxing experience and the Spa staff were great. We chose the all inclusive option at the hotel and we were not disappointed with the selections available and the high quality of food on offer from the restaurants. The service from the staff at the restaurants was wonderful. The location of the hotel is excellent, after exploring the area we determined it has the best location of all the hotels in Ipanema / Leblon / Copacabana, because of the direct beach access to a “private” beach. Halfway through the stay we received a note in our room to say there was a problem with the pre payment and amount of consumption. We were very surprised because we had the all inclusive option and had not taken anything not included. We called the reception to inquire about the problem and the person was not able to explain what was the problem. (My wife is Brazilian so language was not the problem). We had to go down to the reception to speak with someone else, where we were told that the pre payment taken by the hotel was not enough to cover the cost of our stay (10 days) and so an additional payment was needed. The hotel knew we were staying for 10 days and should have known the total cost of our stay (excluding extras not included Ina lol inclusive), and taken the payment up front, rather than send us an ambiguously and informally written letter, halfway through the stay which the staff could not explain on the Phone. The hotel is awesome, it is the best hotel in the area, the swimming pool is beautiful, the beach is outside, the room is comfortable and clean, very high-end, the breakfast is a little less

The hotel is quite beautiful, which means I am quite satisfied with it. Especially when there are performances in the evening, it feels lively and has a vacation-like atmosphere. According to the standards of Golden Diamond, I think it is still a bit not good enough. For example, the breakfast restaurant is simple in decoration. Being an ambassador level with Marriott tells you I travel a lot. We stayed at the JW for five days and loved the location, right in the middle of Copacabana beach. The hotel does need a little updating but the staff and lounge more than made up for it. The one person who really made our trip was Thais Silva from guest relations. She was on top of everything, if something was not right, she made it right. Not only did she go above and beyond but she really cared. Thanks again for making our stay in Rio a truly memorable one.

I stayed on Fasano Rio after staying in past in São Paulo and Belo Horizonte . Location is great and hotel as tipical Fasano . Dinner at Gerobis always good. Breakfast surprisingly Mediocre. Service and employees always very nice and responsive

I Stay here my whole April month and it amazingly perfect, with booking.com upgrade room the hotel reception guy so nice to put me in luxury room with wonderful sea views and bathtub, twin bed are specious enough comfortable with no back pain lol 😆 eat and sleep, and have good time at there rooftop terrace views the pool nits relaxing, keep me out thinking about covid anxiety like others do I do feel lucky for that, have great wonderful month of April see from sao Paolo , my flight to Peru was cancelled due to country locked down so we had to extend our 90 days stays and that I went back to rio and somehow everything went well, and staying this hotel some kind of im feeling rewarded, there perfect, from 10 step away on the Copacabana beach , and that location are closer to anything, pharmacy, grocery, restaurant, but I was eating hotel foods , there good as eating outside so instead we're going to stay home and foods is ok , there free breakfast have a lot of choices, and everyone is nice people the hotel staffs, very hospitality.ooh..i miss the my bathroom windows views already haha oh I like the tv screen too big enough to watch Netflix, all channel is there and have very entertaining watching. everything is fantastic

I have stayed at this property for 3 nights. I was meant to stay for 6 but I have decided to change plans. Overall I found my stay disappointing. Pre-arrival: good communication through WhatsApp and Booking.com On arrival: not a good experience - duplicate preauthorisation from my card for the 6 nights plus extra. The terminal did not produce a receipt and the receptionist insisted I have to put the card through again, although I have shown her an instant message received from the bank saying the transaction went through. At that point, I have been traveling for 18 hrs therefore I couldn’t spend more time arguing about it. I was reassured it was not a duplicate payment/preauthorisation and if any mistake, this will be sorted in the morning with “finance team”. Next day, I have tried to sort this with various reception staff to no avail. They simply denied there is an issue and refused to discuss the matter further. At one point, I was standing in front of the reception being ignored. I have contacted the bank in the UK and they sent me a confirmation that finally led them to cancel one of the duplicate payments. I have wasted an entire day of my holiday on this. Reception staff - with some exceptions- are very cold and distant, even arrogant. Very rare you see someone smile and make you feel welcome. No apology was offered to me for the mixup with the payment and the very unprofessional way this was dealt with. Staff enters the room way too much. Morning and evening service is expected, however “room service” knocked my door at 8-9pm every evening. If the door is not locked, they enter the room. I would advise to have the “do not disturb” sign on at all times, should you want some rest. Breakfast - not included. Even to use the coffee machine in the room, you have to pay for the capsules. It’s not about money, it just leaves a bad impression I think. The room - nice, good facilities, nice bed, shower and the beach view lovely from the large terrace. Panoramic view of Copacabana, as long as the room is on a higher floor. The pool/beach - haven’t used the pool but the beach is service is very good, friendly and helpful staff and comfortable sun beds. In conclusion, I won’t be returning. I have been to Rio many times and there are much better places to stay in various areas. Although Emiliano looks nice, they are a far cry from what I experienced in other hotels in terms of hospitality and adjusting to individual needs and expectations. I didn’t feel treated like a valued customer and I felt quite uncomfortable throughout my stay.

Beautiful Hotel from room views and the the pool side and the garden beachfront so relaxing 🌅🌇 breakfast Is everything good.🥐🍳 wonderful stays disabled access ♿ toilet, elevator 🛗 so cool haha I was just confused the turnings round elevator abc number anyways on the the room.arw in circles too ☺️ probably it's the designs infrastructure is cute tallest building I love everything and would choose this hotel when comes to Rio de Janeiro don't skip to stay and experience this paranomic views,the hotel stuff are really nice the ladies ,the doorman and even the one helps our luggage the front parking lot big space taxis are outside ready to go.ooh the area is closer to leblon and far from Copacabana,I stay from the Centro when I book the hotel don't have clue how far this hotel from where I was so better check the map me or Google haha 😂 so you won't feel lost like me.its very Forest mountain 🏔️ sides and it's cooler it's difirent sides of town I guess the resort is very outstanding from the area Have a shotp,have good foods, actually don't need to go out if you come for relaxing 🌅 massage,beach eat chilling stay in the morning the sunrise 🌅 so beautiful birds chirping so calm 🦜🦜🦜🦜 it's perfect hotel for me the room have smart light or just a multi colored lights haha makes it more night so romantic ❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is in a good location. There are supermarkets and shopping nearby. It is also close to attractions and parking is convenient (very expensive). The room is small, less than 30 square meters, and the bed is very soft and uncomfortable.
