Siempre que viajo a Riobamba escojo Quindeloma!! Sus instalaciones son maravillosas, muy acogedoras, excelente restaurante y la comida deliciosa. La piscina es un lugar mágico, y con muchas opciones para relajarse. Cuenta con gimnasio. El desayuno también es muy variado y de calidad.

Excelentes las instalaciones del hotel, una atención de primera por parte del personal y prestos a solucionar todo de manera inmediata. La comida en el restaurante riquísima, súper recomendado el pulpo 😋. Él área de la piscina y spa es una maravilla, los masajes 100% recomendados. Además la ubicación súper buena como para recorrer las comunidades cercanas y por supuesto el Chimborazo. En definitiva, al volver a Riobamba iremos al Quindeloma.

Spilled a bit of bottled water on one of the tables which turned to a water stain. Hotel wanted to charge me $50 to fix. I fought back and they brought the charges down to $30. Really? I removed most of the water stain, but these places know when someone from the US stays in their hotel and try to find ways to exploit you. The problem would have been resolved with some wood cleaning spray if I had any… Stay away from this place!

Hotel located within walking distance to town. Staff was great and the food was excellent. We had beautiful views of the Chimborazo. Will definitely stay there on my next visit to Riobamba. Also the spa and pools at hotel were awesome.

It was the best hotel we stayed in during our 4 weeks Ecuador trip even though it wasn’t the most expensive place we stayed in. People were friendly and spoke English. We could even walk there from the bus station. The breakfast was exceptional and the spa and fitness are had so much atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!!

The hotel was well located, clean, the ambiance was great. The art displayed around the hotel was superb. I didn’t like the restaurant, it was pretty average. The decor was nice but the food was just ok.

I keep feeling strange smells in the room. It is like the exhaust gas of a car or generator. The hallway is dark, and I can hear a piano sound from the lobby in my room. Room is easy to penetrate the sound from outside.
