Friendly welcome. Clean room, large bed, comfortable bedding. Parking in front and behind the hotel, electric vehicle charging station. Restaurants next to the hotel. Located not far from the highway. Dogs accepted for an average of 9 euros.

The ibis standards of the Accor group are respected but the staff is not very welcoming, which is a shame for a hotel. Too bad because a smile can improve the customer experience. Note that the breakfast is less copious than in some other ibis rouge hotels.

Nothing to complain about, the hotel lives up to the promised services, a little nod to the night porter who opened the door for us with a smile at 4am, late breakfast almost complete, but hey, at 10:30am, that's understandable.

I had booked a room. The employee made a mistake and assigned it to another person who arrived after me. The hotel was full, so I found myself without a room. The employee also had the nerve to tell me that she could not make the other person leave and that she could not do anything. As a long-time customer of Accor hotels, I find this unacceptable and I will not recommend this hotel from now on. Avoid

Easy to access hotel close to the highway. Comfortable and very spacious room. Full and well-stocked breakfast buffet. The staff is friendly and helpful. Large parking lot in front of the hotel where the spaces are quite wide. I recommend this ibis hotel.

The room is ordinary, not very clean (crumbs on the floor and finishes leaving something to be desired) The breakfast is varied but the products are not of very high quality (except the tea, very good): cold scrambled eggs, cheese replenishment which is not done...

former sales rep (50 years in ACCORD hotels) the quality has dropped especially breakfast less choice, most IBIS ROUGE hotels no longer offer real catering in the evening, the manager of the RIOM hotel sends me to his competitor opposite KYRIAD for dinner! I am now a new KYRIAD customer catering and hotel on site

Excellent location, very correct and very clean. Electric car charger available on the premises for Tesla and in general for any brand. Very correct breakfast. Totally recommended.

A FUIR, client membre Accor (Platinum) il restait à payer un montant de 87,59€ on te fait payer 2 chambres 100,52€, tu explique qu’il y a une erreur, de ne pas s’inquiéter on sera remboursé. 3j après toujours rien. 6j après toujours rien, leur réponse c’est en traitement par la comptabilité. Une pure ESCROCRIE, je vais faire un recours chez Accor car Ibis Riom est une franchise. ATTENTION.

Très bien situé proche de l'autoroute. Bon accueil. Chambre propre, spacieuse et bien aménagée. Literie très confortable. Salle de bain avec grande douche italienne et très propre. Merci de prendre soin de vos clients. Très bien insonorisé

Utilisateur depuis des années des hôtels Accord je déplore celui-la : NEGATIF : pas de chauffage ou appoint dans la salle d'eau, pas de plateau courtoisie ni 1/2bouteille d'eau, PDJ minable, réglage chauffage - POSITF : Près Autoroute, Personnel

C'est pour cela que nous revenons souvent dans cet hôtel car il est propre et très agréable, et le personnel est très sympa.

Bon accueil chambre propre et une literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner bien présenté était copieux.

De passage dans ce « charmant » hôtel pour recharger ma Tesla au SuperCharger installé sur le parking, je pensais naïvement pouvoir utiliser les WC de l’hôtel. Quelle idée… Après près de 10min d’attente devant le seul WC de cet hôtel, je vois sortir l’employé de la réception, venant visiblement de faire une énorme « grosse commission » (à en juger par l’odeur…) Et cerise sur le gâteau, il venait de finir le stock de papier hygiénique, avait laissé des matières fécales sur le WC. Un peu éberlué par ce manque total de savoir vivre et d’hygiène, je m’en suis ému à la réception, ou ce très peu élégant personnage venait de reprendre son poste... « Pardonnez-moi, mais vous venez de finir le papier, et avez laissé les WC dans un état de propreté innommable » Réponse ? « Ah ben que voulez vous, ce sont les autres clients depuis ce matin qui ont dû salir le WC et finir le papier » N’y aurait-il pas dans cet établissement un WC pour les employés qui permettrait d’en laisser un à la disposition des clients ? À défaut que ce monsieur sache essuyer ses excréments, il ne nous ferait pas subir leur vue ni leur odeur…
