The rooms are very moist and smells like mould. Very tight stairs and low openings. The owner/host is bad in english and was snappy and stressed out when he met us. Location is also bad, quite a bit up the hill, but only thing to see out the windows are buildings. We had a non-refundable 2 day stay, but we booked another place anyway.

Locked out . There was nobody there. We had to stand outside and ask locals to help find the manager ss the doors were locked… unacceptable to me.! We did eventually get in after a few hours. The lobby smelled of mold. The room dark and no view, tiny and not clean. The location was ok but would not stay here again mostly because of the poor service/no service and smell.

Very kind owners and staff I had an excellent experience with all the staff, checking in and out. I also left something very valuable behind and they went WAY out of their way to make sure I got it back. Their honesty and kindness is priceless! The location is great, just make sure you’re ready to trek up the steep hill with your luggage or pay for the luggage transport. The bed was pretty hard but that is typical in Europe/Italy. I would happily stay here again.
