Good location near Rionegro airport and Llanogrande area.
The friendly service provided by the receptionist and the well-equipped villa we stayed in are worth mentioning. It has a good supply of kitchenware and a laundry room. However, we did not have a comfortable stay, as the shower drain in the bathroom was clogged with hair, and although they promised to unclog it, they did not, and I had to do it myself after the bathroom and part of the room were flooded.
I used the washing machine and it also had a water leak that flooded the laundry room. The bathroom smelled bad because of the drain, as the smell of sewage came back up and permeated the entire room.
The Wi-Fi was very poor, and the signal did not allow for a good internet connection.
The hotel managers definitely need to make adjustments and perform maintenance, or they will lose their customers. I appreciate that the manager offered us a courtesy for the inconveniences we had, but I still have to leave my opinion since I did not receive a good price-to-comfort ratio.
