In this small town, this hotel is the highest end, safe, complete facilities, the view of the Ganges River is very beautiful, close to the Ganges Festival in the evening, breakfast is printed, no special, mainly clean! I stayed for two days, breakfast and dinner are here, I have not pulled my stomach, the service is very good, the service staff is super enthusiastic. The speed of wifi is average. The fourth floor I live in is only a little faster than the mobile phone signal. The speed in the lobby is OK, but the overall speed of India is not high.

Limited breakfast choices for international guests. If you’re not keen on an Indian-style breakfast, there’s only white ‘air’ bread toast, jam, fruit, curd, cereal (no cold milk). No egg options (this might be due to religious reasons). Suggestion for ***agement: fix your coffee machine or add a hot water urn. It would be great to include a more nutritious brown bread option, honey and a few sealed bananas at breakfast when you have international guests staying.

Pros: Super-friendly welcome and service from highly responsive and attentive staff. Clean, comfy rooms with nice toiletries. Wonderful roof terrace with views across the mountains and the Ganges. Tasty, well-cooked food and good menu options in the rooftop restaurant. Cons: Weak Wi-Fi, continually dropping connection. Coffee machine broken, so no freshly brewed coffee at breakfast (only powdered Nescafe). Ask for hot water so you can make an international style coffee. Limited breakfast choices for international guests. If you’re not keen on an Indian-style breakfast, there’s only white ‘air’ bread toast, jam, fruit, curd, cereal (no cold milk). No egg options (this might be due to religious reasons). Suggestion for ***agement: fix your coffee machine or add a hot water urn. It would be great to include a more nutritious brown bread option, honey and a few sealed bananas at breakfast when you have international guests staying.

A hotel located in Tapovan, Rishikesh. The rooms are well ventilated and of good size. There is electric kettle, air conditioner, smart tv and cupboard in each room. Room has attached balcony. The room and bathroom was clean. The staff is courteous. There is a kids play area too. The masala tea which can be ordered in room is very good. In all hotel has approx. 12-15 rooms. The location is in mid of market where general stores and restaurants are in close vicinity. Only thing is to check if you are planning to have meals at hotel you should order in well advance. We had an unpleasant experience when we went to in-hotel restaurant and ordered dinner, the food serving was delayed and the cutlery and service was not upto mark there.

I’ve really enjoyed staying at hotel Nirvana. It’s got everything you need, and the staff are wonderful. Govind the owner is also very kind and personable. I’ve slept so well since being here, and I actually love the firm bed so much, that I plan on buying a similar mattress when I return home. Clean, simple, great food and location. Perfect for me. Definitely recommend.
