The hotel is in a good location and the deluxe rooms are very good but the day housekeeping staff is very bad, the service is very bad. I and my friends used to say that in the name of good service, they only do night duty I want to praise the staff who treated us very well and provided good hospitality service, thank you especially room boy Sumit

It’s was not at all good. Very old property parking. Rooms were smelling badly. Room service was really bad.
Only good part wast approachability to Ganga ghat & main market.

Worst experience. The existing 5 star ratings are all fake. This is not at all as per pictures shown. The staff is very non cooperative. We got rooms by 5 pm instead of 12 noon check in time that too without water and towels. Towels and bed sheets are torn and smelly. The Ganga facing so called room hardly give you any view. It was a torture staying at this place.

I found the place online near to triveni ghat so i thought it would be better although high priced and it was the worst hotel. The staff is horrible and they have so much mis management that they dont care about your time. The receptionist monika and other person were behaving as they are doing their job for the first time. The waiters have no manners. No hospitality no welcoming behaviour no service. Also they said there is wifi but it was not working and the electricity cut because no one switches on the inverter till you complain. The rooms are not clean and they come to clean after we complaint many time. Food is over priced and not worthy. I would suggest you go for better hotels and not waste your time and money here. They are not worth it. You can get better hotels at better location and cheaper who have hospitality. Never......will go here again....just never.

Staff is very good and hotel location is perfect. I enjoyed our stay ***** with food Rishikesh river is just beside and you can enjoy Aarti as well from the window. Weather was so cold that we loved it.

Everything was superb. But one negative point at the point at checkin. They were kept pushing me for cash payment. When I said I will pay by card or phone pay n they said it will be charged 12% more gst. I agreed and asked for GST invoice but later on they agreed to accept payment by electronic ways without GST. Bit dodgy behaviour. I don't know it was people at the reception or owner policy.

Pathetic is the only word. Staff is completely uncivilized. They are hell bent on giving excuses instead of providing services. Even a water bottle would not reach before 45 minutes. Phone at rooms won't work. Mobile calls they won't pick. Staff at restaurant is doing "ehsaan on you". They don't provide bill at checkout saying it will be sent later but they won't send unless you make dozen calls. Seemingly, They try to evade taxes by not providing bills. Also, the staff there puts your arrival and departure time wrongly , perhaps, giving the staff extra time to sell off those rooms for few hours to earn extra. They will promise there is parking available but once come back with your vehicle you will be made to park on road. False commitments, uncouth behaviour, poor service, and total cunningness.
