We stayed at this hostel and had a great experience! The receptionists Anuj Thapa and Ajay were essential to making our stay so pleasant. The cook, Sanjay, was also extremely kind and helpful — especially because I was having some health issues at the time. Even though I love spicy food, I couldn’t eat any during that period, and he went out of his way to prepare special meals for me. I really appreciated that! The location would be even better if the bridge wasn’t under maintenance, but of course, that’s not the hostel’s fault. Our room was beautiful, decorated with a Van Gogh theme (which I personally love). The balcony was huge, the internet worked consistently, and everything functioned perfectly. The terrace view is also lovely, even though it doesn’t overlook the Ganga River. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay — highly recommended!

I had checked in in this hotel and it has a very lower level of the service as compared the cost . People are minding their own business. Thirdly, they ask you to do off-line check-in as well as online check-in which has created fiction for the user and experience hampers. Internet was not working ***** with not compliance of the fire and emergency exits. Not for the family stay atleast
