Words cannot express the excellent service I have experienced over the last 2 weeks here at the Sterling Palm Bliss. The food is absolutely delicious and lots of great choices. I had pretty much every meal here with breakfast lunch and dinner. My favorite waitress is Saloni.She made sure I had everything I needed and always made me feel at home. Sajan the waiter was so kind and helpful too. I was part of the Ayurvedic Wellness program for the last 7 days and the chef made all my special ordered meals. I was able to get meals in my room or the cafe or the restaurant and the staff never made me feel like I was a burden. They always made me feel welcome and nurtured. Chef Vikash was amazing. I want to bring him back to America to cook for my family The manager, Suresh was more than accommodating all the time. I will be back and will be making this my home away from home. I am traveling alone and always felt safe and enjoyed here. The general manager is Gurav. He is an example of great leadership and always made time to make sure i was having a good experience here at this hotel. I wish more managers were like him. The world is better w Mr G at the helm

The entire staff was very attentive, always helpful, and always very friendly. The food was the best I ate in India, very well prepared, with fresh ingredients and always varied. I loved it and recommend this experience! loved everything.
