Fridge not working shower not working non- hygienic rooms breakfast not so good extra mattress is not good service staff is not trained and well dressed up over all rating 2/10 not suitable with family going

Staff was good but hotel location is not good.There is no public transport near hotel you have to walk for 1 km to get the public transportation. Overall all average buget hotel

Don't be misled by the photos. This hotel needs a lot of work if it wants to be a hotel.you need to return to a clean fresh room after a day of worship and sightseeing. Unfortunately this hotel is not anyway near that. The staff are amazing pleasant and try their best to accommodate you but this place is missing general hygiene and cleanliness. I was definitely misled by the photos

The hotel is located in a lane. There was a Smell in bath and light in bath was also insufficient. Linen was pre-used and replaced on request. Intercom was not working. There was noise disturbance in the room from the restaurant above. Overall an average property

First thing you notice on a visit is room. Felt humidity and suffocated as the room has no proper ventilation. Became normal after ac started working. Will give 3 out of 5 on parameter of cleanliness. Food was decent but surprisingly they asked to pay immediately not added in the final bill as others do. Check out was problematic as somebody parked vehicle in front of ours and hotel staff has no clue for hours. Instead of helping me, they were more keen to org-anise holi party on that day. Due to this, i failed to reach my destination on the festival day. I think, hotel staff should more helpful towards checking-out customers too. Moral of the story, don’t expect too much from these budget hotels on a tourist place like rishikesh.

Very poor service mention amenities but there were nothing in bathroom even they didn’t provide towels. For the breakfast there were no arrangements even they didn’t inform to customer not suitable to family

Booked one deluxe room in 6800 for two night stay. The room was average, not upto the mark as per the cost.

Rooms were not cleaned properly. Bedsheet was not cleaned. Price was 2-3x compare to services and quality
