The grounds are immaculate and the view of the lake and mountains spectacular. The food is amazing and the sommelier is a real stand out such a wonderful young man with so much knowledge and passion for his job. The pools are pristine and soothing. The rooms are immaculate a credit to the housekeeping staff. I travel the world regularly and stay in the top hotels of the world. Let me assure you this is one of the very best. My wife and I thank you and don’t want to go home.

The back door of the hotel is Garda Lake, where you can swim and windsurf, and there is a windsurfing school in the hotel. The breakfast is fairly plentiful in Europe, and the service is in line with the high standards of northern Italy. The styles of the rooms in the new building and the old building are quite different. The hotel is like a big park, with good plant landscape design. The only problem is that pets are allowed in the hotel. Many people stay with dogs and they will urinate everywhere. Although individuals also love dogs, they are also worried about the indoor and outdoor hygiene of the hotel...

The quite large external one, surrounded by a delightful park with many possibilities for shade and relaxation. The internal one annexed to the wellness centre. Kind, discreet and attentive staff. Stayed at Luise 5 nights. Brilliant location. Short 5min stroll to the Lake and beach area via lovely park opposite hotel and a further few mins dander you're in the heart of RIVA. We stayed in Map Room with balcony 3rd floor with breathtaking views of those mountains WoW! Room well appointed, bed very comfortable. Total sound proofing to all glazing. Breakfast amazing 👏 We also ate 2 eves in restaurant because both the food and table service were perfect. Everywhere is spotlessly clean! Surprise complimentary acknowledgement of our wedding anniversary really touched us. The hotel team at Luise are special people. Thank you All!

I stayed as part of a coach tour with Leger and as it was a last minute change of hotel I didn't expect much. HOWEVER - It was a fabulous hotel , great room with extensive in room refreshments including a coffee machine. Mood lighting in the shower- great fun! The food was incredible proper restaurant food and very Italian the breakfast was extensive with lots for those with dietary needs. The staff were very very good. We arrived late and were served a delicious meal while our bags were whisked up to our rooms by staff who had stayed late to accommodate us. Throughout the stay staff were great the breakfast lady deserves special mention, nothing was too much trouble and she smiles and greeted everyone. I'd love to go again. It is a way from the lake but we had no free time to walk there so didn't affect us. If they got some mugs and milk jugs for the Brits who like a decent cuppa it would be lovely. An English speaking TV channel would also be nice.

We were in this hotel in August 2022 for 6 nights. Sorry, but never again!!! Why should I pay extra for a further bread at breakfast at an average price of about 150€ per night? Breakfast ”a la carte” is no longer contemporary today. We had a ”room of wine mountains”. Very old, used and we felt returned to the 1960s. The price for such a room is completely overpriced. Emergency renovation needed!!! The photos on the internet (of the ”rooms of the vines”) of the provider NOT correspond to reality as the rooms look in reality. Yes, mostly not, but here especially not. We feel misled.

Riva, is stunning it's the second time I have been , stayed in the centrale hotel this time, clean and comfortable, staff ok. The restaurant that the hotel has is fantastic a la carte food, so for our evening meal , we could choose anything from the menu. I had the fillet steak which was beautiful , and you can have 3 courses. Which was more food than we could eat . We where on half board and on a TUI holiday. Which TUI where fantastic. Breakfast was buffet, which was ok , usual continental breakfast , but all fresh with lots of fresh fruits etc. We opted for a room with lake view,if you go here , this is not to be missed, you must upgrade the view as we sat there in the early morning and the early evening was breath taking sun rise and sunset. Then in the evening the piazza come alive with tourists and families , so we watched the world go by. Everything quieten down by 11.30 pm so always got a good night sleep . I did travel in August in peak season.

We stayed at Villa Enrica Feel good hotel during 1 week and I can stay that it was one of the best hotel have never been. It's a small family hotel with not too many rooms which makes the service personalized and unique. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are big and modern. Everything is decorated perfectly. All people (most go them being the family) are very friendly and ready to help when needed. We had a room with balcony on the top floor and it's the best choice if the room is available. I recommend strongly this hotel and I hope I will be able to go back there for beautiful vacation.

I visited Riva del garda in April 2022 with my wife and my son and stayed in the mylago hotel only minutes from the beautiful lake garda and a short 10 minute stroll into the centre of the beautiful picturesque town of Riva del garda. From the moment we arrived at the mylago hotel we knew this was going to be a memorable trip for all the right reasons The staff without exception could.not have made us feel more welcome from reception to dining staff and even the housekeeping staff went out of there way to make sure we were made feel at home This hotel was spotless from top to bottom without exception and any fears we had regarding Covid were completely erased such was the high standard of cleanliness at the mylago hotel a credit to all concerned I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone who is intending to visit the beautiful Riva del garda and can only once again say how happy I will be to return to the beautiful mylago hotel in the future so from myself my wife and my son thank you mielle graci. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel has an excellent location and is close to plenty of shops and restaurants. It is also close to the ferry port and a few lovely pebbled beaches that were great for taking a dip in the lake. Our room was spotlessly clean with daily maid service. The staff were lovely and always very helpful. We had an early pick up on our last day and an early breakfast was provided which was a nice touch. We were half board - breakfast and evening meal were both excellent. There was a nice variety to choose from and the food was delicious. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to visit again in the future.

Four of us spent a week in the hotel for some May sunshine. However we only had two good days out of seven and it was freezing for the most part. Cardigans and jackets required most of the time. Great hotel in lovely location away from the traffic noise of the nearby busy road. Five minute walk to great restaurants and the lake and a good 15 minute walk along the lake front to town centre. We had two rooms that didn't have balconies but the windows were huge and opened wide so the views were still spectacular. Thankfully as it was so cold we did not miss sitting out on a balcony. I was in room 228 compact with not a lot of storage but we managed. The bathroom was big enough with a fab walk in shower and plenty space for toiletries. Nipping clean with the most absorbent towels. The other two were in room 224. Again compact but had an extra bed/settee which came in handy. The sink area though, was outside the bathroom so there was nowhere to store extra toiletries that are needed once out the shower but still needing to be in the shower room. Very bizarre set up. Free fridges which came in handy as a very nice 1 1/2 litre bottle of Soave from the nearby co-op supermarket was only 4 Euro. Safe was a returnable 15 euro deposit and 10 euro to pay for the week. Very reasonable. However the key must be returned to get your 15E back. Reception opens at 8am on the dot so if you have an early checkout don't forget to return your key the night before. Breakfast was plentiful , lots of yogurts and tinned fruit, small amount of fresh fruit, cereals , pastries, bread, cheese, ham, cakes, fresh honeycomb, scrambled eggs and a make your own pancake station. Plenty tea , coffee and juice. Never got to use the pool which was a pity. All in all a great place to stay ,away from hustle and bustle but close enough to pleasantly walk to it. Riva is a beautiful place with lots to see and do and some fabulous walks.

Easy to get to by car but close to the pedestrianized centre. Fantastic staff. Comfortable and colourful room with plenty of sockets. Nice large shower - in room 1 it's next to the balcony door, so make sure you draw the curtains! Great position with lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket just around the corner. Underground parking was a huge plus. Fairly good choice of food for sweet or savoury breakfast with freshly cooked eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly made coffee available. Brunch was also a good weekend option with bagels, pancakes etc. Very little plastic packaging around and it was nice to find glass bottles of water in the room upon arrival.

Riva, is stunning it's the second time I have been , stayed in the centrale hotel this time, clean and comfortable, staff ok. The restaurant that the hotel has is fantastic a la carte food, so for our evening meal , we could choose anything from the menu. I had the fillet steak which was beautiful , and you can have 3 courses. Which was more food than we could eat . We where on half board and on a TUI holiday. Which TUI where fantastic. Breakfast was buffet, which was ok , usual continental breakfast , but all fresh with lots of fresh fruits etc. We opted for a room with lake view,if you go here , this is not to be missed, you must upgrade the view as we sat there in the early morning and the early evening was breath taking sun rise and sunset. Then in the evening the piazza come alive with tourists and families , so we watched the world go by. Everything quieten down by 11.30 pm so always got a good night sleep . I did travel in August in peak season.

Four of us spent a week in the hotel for some May sunshine. However we only had two good days out of seven and it was freezing for the most part. Cardigans and jackets required most of the time. Great hotel in lovely location away from the traffic noise of the nearby busy road. Five minute walk to great restaurants and the lake and a good 15 minute walk along the lake front to town centre. We had two rooms that didn't have balconies but the windows were huge and opened wide so the views were still spectacular. Thankfully as it was so cold we did not miss sitting out on a balcony. I was in room 228 compact with not a lot of storage but we managed. The bathroom was big enough with a fab walk in shower and plenty space for toiletries. Nipping clean with the most absorbent towels. The other two were in room 224. Again compact but had an extra bed/settee which came in handy. The sink area though, was outside the bathroom so there was nowhere to store extra toiletries that are needed once out the shower but still needing to be in the shower room. Very bizarre set up. Free fridges which came in handy as a very nice 1 1/2 litre bottle of Soave from the nearby co-op supermarket was only 4 Euro. Safe was a returnable 15 euro deposit and 10 euro to pay for the week. Very reasonable. However the key must be returned to get your 15E back. Reception opens at 8am on the dot so if you have an early checkout don't forget to return your key the night before. Breakfast was plentiful , lots of yogurts and tinned fruit, small amount of fresh fruit, cereals , pastries, bread, cheese, ham, cakes, fresh honeycomb, scrambled eggs and a make your own pancake station. Plenty tea , coffee and juice. Never got to use the pool which was a pity. All in all a great place to stay ,away from hustle and bustle but close enough to pleasantly walk to it. Riva is a beautiful place with lots to see and do and some fabulous walks.

Nice large shower - in room 1 it's next to the balcony door, so make sure you draw the curtains! Great position with lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket just around the corner. Underground parking was a huge plus. Fairly good choice of food for sweet or savoury breakfast with freshly cooked eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly made coffee available. Brunch was also a good weekend option with bagels, pancakes etc. Very little plastic packaging around and it was nice to find glass bottles of water in the room upon arrival.

We stayed at Villa Enrica Feel good hotel during 1 week and I can stay that it was one of the best hotel have never been. It's a small family hotel with not too many rooms which makes the service personalized and unique. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are big and modern. Everything is decorated perfectly. All people (most go them being the family) are very friendly and ready to help when needed. We had a room with balcony on the top floor and it's the best choice if the room is available. I recommend strongly this hotel and I hope I will be able to go back there for beautiful vacation.
