We booked a room at the Royal Hotel but without any reason they cancelled our booking 4 day before our date. We assumed it was a mistake but they did not put in any effort to help us. We got the message of cancellation at 6.45 in the morning and immediatly tried to book again. But the room was 'already gone' and there was nothing they did to help us out. We had to find a new hotel in the highseason. It looked like they cancelled the room so they could rent it for more money to someone else. Very sad. Dont book a room here!

Hotel Royal molto confortevole in tt. Pulizia, gentilezza, e un buon buffet per la colazione molto vario. I posti che bisogna visitare sono il lago di Tenno, il castello di Arco e le cascate del Varone. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante l'ora lo consiglio merita.

Hotel molto bello buona la posizione camere belle e spaziose ,noi avevamo una tripla con balcone bellissimo anche il bagno ben organizzato e molto bello .La colazione abbondante e molto varia sia dolce salato che frutta . Personale molto Gentile e cortese soprattutto con mio Figlio.

250€ x 4notti in qst struttura vetusta, , cassaforte con chiave a 2€ al gg,piscina piccola le cui foto ingannano, colazione abbondante ma a misura di tedesco (i dolci non molto freschi, meglio il salata). Personale distaccato freddo, il saluto un optional. ASSOLUTAMENTE NO 4 STELLE

Ottima posizione, camere spaziose con terrazza. Abbiamo gradito molto la possibilità di prendere le bici per spostarsi. La colazione ottima e con moltissima scelta. La zona piscina molto curata, unica cosa al mattino non è disponibile fino alle 10 per la pulizia. La camera molto spaziosa, comoda la terrazza con tavolino e sedie. L’aria condizionata non rendeva a sufficienza, comunque abbiamo avuto un clima gradevole nella stanza.

La camera piccola, il bagno presenta un lavandino instabile e che perde acqua . L'aria condizionata era per lo più un deumidificatore! Quando si chiamava l'ascensore 2 volte su 3 non arrivava mai al piano desiderato e una volta si è pure bloccata con dentro delle persone. Colazione buona.

Colazione ricca e varia, piacevole la possibilità di utilizzare la SPA a conclusione del pomeriggio. Le biciclette in dotazione alla struttura molto utili, se vogliamo fare un appunto sarebbe utile che fossero tutte dotate di campanello considerando che le ciclabili di Riva del Garda sono piuttosto trafficate. Ci siamo ripromessi di tornare.

La cordialità è il punto forte della struttura! Grande buffet delle colazioni, disponibilità dello staff per ogni esigenza e da tenere in mente l`eccellente posizione dell`hotel: situato nella via principale di Riva del Garda. Ottimi prezzi e molta professionalità! Complimenti ancora ritorneremo👍
