Radisson Hotel River Falls

The hotel was clean, and I appreciated the underground parking. The shower in the bathroom was; like so many in hotels, an overlay. The issue i always see with these are there isn't much flat space to stand. Feels like you have to be very careful, adding to the issue was the non-slip strips used were well past their usefulness days. Juniors restaurant, attached to the hotel was excellent.

The bed linens were not changed. They made the bed with the old linens. Blood was on the sheets, pillow cases and towels.

Lisa was superb at front desk! Our room was nice, could use new caulk where surround meets tub, mold. Breakfast was fine, location was great.

Had a great time staying here. The Juniors restaurant was phenomenal. Breakfast was very good in the hotel lobby area. Prefer a few more choices but it worked!

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and organized areas. A little outdated, however the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The property was very clean and well-maintained. The water temperature was excellent, even for a long bath. Breakfast had quite a few options.

Everything about the hotel was great except the parking. Very incident. Hard to find parking

The room was convenient and clean. Location is excellent for events at the university. Enjoyed the restaurant several times. there was a long way to check in, but it was because Staff was handling multiple duties at the same time.

Super bummed the hot tub wasn’t in working order. We chose this location due to our destination being on this side of town. Upon check-in, we were informed the hot tub was down. She of course apologized, and I’m sure it was out of her control, but no where on the site does it state the hot tub is down. I certainly would have found a different location to stay. I have mobility issues due to double knee replacement and a hot tub is part of my therapy. Overall our stay was fine, but the number 1 item o needed wasn’t accessible.
