Staff was great! Room was very clean & beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a hot option (eggs & bacon) as well as cold options. Coffee all the time 😎

Perfectly fine hotel but great staff! We were spending the night in River Falls for a concert and picked this hotel because it was very close to the venue. The hotel itself was exactly what we expected it to be, but I have to mention the great staff. The lady who checked us in was super friendly. When leaving the next morning, I had to chase down staff not once but twice because I left things in my room. The staff person couldn’t have been nicer helping me, never made me feel like I was a bother, even though I was 😬. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in River Falls.

Rooms were recently remodeled. Our beds were brand new and wonderful. The staff was kind and considerate to all of our needs.

The room was very clean, but there was black mold around the water spout in the tub. The existing caulk just needed to be redone. The TV did not work because the receiver box was plugged into the wall behind the TV stand so we had to move furniture in order for the remote to communicate to the box. The volume did not work so anything we watched was blaring loud. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal only, so we ended up having to find somewhere for breakfast. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful, but this hotel needs some upgrades.

The room was super comfortable. The hot tub was so nice after a long day.

Clean ad staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location right off the highway.

We had a group of 8 rooms and unanimously agree the beds are old and terrible. Not worth it. The rest of the stay was acceptable. Most important feature of a room though needs to be addressed!

Booked to stay four months in advance. Six weeks prior to going on trip we added a rollaway bed to the room. Day of trip we called them six hours ahead of time to let them know we were on our way, but would be a late check-in. When we arrived, the person checking us in was closing out our account because no one had notified them that we were going to be a late check-in. Also, there was no rollaway bed and what they called a hammock was a chair swing from the ceiling that obviously no one could sleep in.
