The beautifully landscaped grounds feature a 20,000 sq. ft. manicured lawn and multiple areas designed for relaxation and entertainment. Thoughtfully tailored for group stays, the home showcases numerous French doors that open to a courtyard adorned with market lights, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Resort-style amenities include a large covered patio with ambient lighting, a sparkling pool and hot tub, an indoor 4–6 person sauna, and a fully equipped BBQ island with refrigerator. The entire estate is securely fenced for the safety of both guests and pets, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay. The villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, with 1 King, 5 Queen, and 2 Full beds. Folding beds are available to support flexible sleeping arrangements.
