the hotel is well placed close to Granada mall, the Arena exhibition center, and other business circles. The reception was good. there is a parking for the car. the apartment room was large but had lots of small cockroaches. buffet for breakfast, is well fed. there is a lot of things, but I am used to coffee only, in the morning, and the coffee was bad. Overall, it is an above average Hotel, but they need to work on sanitizing the rooms!

I got scammed ... It was not a 4 stares, not even a hotel, I discovered while checking in that it's a served apartments units with a very unpleasant staff, measurable breakfast, and poor amenities, it was not as described by Trip.com as I paid almost 100 USD per night expecting good rooms, good service, nice breakfast and pleasant facilities to enjoy during my stay, unfortunately all my expectations gone in vain. I demand a full refund.
