The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel felt very new. The breakfast was also excellent.

This is considered a competitive hotel in Saudi Arabia; compared to older hotels over 10 years old costing over 1000, it offers great value for money. No bath towels were provided; I requested bath towels but they still weren't offered… The hotel is very new, but there was a slight smell from the renovations and building materials.

The first room seemed to have had its sheets and pillowcases unchanged, but the staff handled the situation proactively and provided excellent service. The front desk staff were very nice, the hotel facilities were relatively new, and the breakfast was okay. Overall, it was quite good.

Very bad. My girlfriend was harassed by the hotel staff in the gym of this hotel (physical contact), so she called the police and went to the police station for a long afternoon and a night. The hotel staff only wanted to pass the blame and solve the problem negatively, and in the end, no one even solved the problem or even apologized at least. Facilities: The hotel is very new. The power supply does not require an adapter. Several standard plugs can be used. However, the mobile phone signal is too poor to make normal calls and use the Internet. Hygiene: Neat. One thing that needs improvement is that there is only a pack of tissue paper on the bathroom sink, but not in the bedroom. The hotel is new, but the rooms are small. Cleanliness is excellent, though the drainage is only in poor condition. Overall OK, but the corridor and room have an unexplainable smell, which is not very good. The service was great, we dropped off our clothes at the hotel and got them back.
