洗澡沒熱水叫服務員來修，熱水壺壞的，三人住第一晚給2瓶小洗髮水跟肥皂其他沒有，討要之後送2條毛巾沒了，第二天沒整理房間，要洗髮精，肥皂三人份跟我要錢，我說不用了帶著我81歲媽媽上樓然後去找我巴基斯坦老公告知他，他去討要洗髮精卻被3個印度服務生擋在門口爭執我老公是巴基斯坦人，我很生氣跑到房門口大聲說：老公，怎麼了，印度人才散去，飯店不給附洗漱用品甚至東西都壞的卻一直討要錢，不給卻用一台洗衣機擋在房門口讓我對這飯店的服務非常生氣跟不開心

The place had a good location and was clean. However, the amenities could be improved, and it would be nice if they provided water bottles in the room.

المنطقة التي تقع فيها الشقق هادئة الغرف واسعة قريب من غرناطة مول وبعض المطاعم وكذلك البقالة كما تتوفر مواقف مجانية في البدروم العزل في غرف الدور الاول سيئ بسبب عمال التنظيف النت داخل الغرف ممتاز و سريع دورة المياه مجهزة و نظيفة
