Clean and tidy hotel

I booked the hotel because it had a pool, but the pool was always under construction. I found out later that it had been under construction for months. Why didn't they tell me on the website that the pool was under construction? I was very disappointed. I booked the hotel because I saw a pool, but I was so upset. The breakfast was also not very good. There weren't many options and the price was ridiculously expensive. I would never recommend it.

The hotel is not very far from Riyadh Airport, almost between the airport and the city center, which is relatively okay. The service attitude is also very good.

The room was ok, and the attendants are lovely except for the language barrier which is a challenge in this region. There is only one restaurant that is not part of the hotel which serves very basic meals such that I could only have the same kind of meals daily due to lack of variety. They also have issues on payment, either no change if you pay cash or card transaction problems. My stay was for two weeks on business and seeing as the staff rarely communicate with the visitors, I was set to leave on a particular day, they accessed my safe and emptied all my personal belongings and shifted them to the lobby without my consent. I arrived at the hotel to find my luggage at the lobby. I have never known a hotel to access the safe or park up suitcases on behalf of the guest, this was a first. Think first before you consider this hotel for your comfort and safety of personal belongings.
