1) The elevator needs to swipe the card, and the key card is often unable to swipe, and it crashes 2) The lobby is nice, but the double room is not big, the equipment is aging, clean is okay 3) The breakfast is very good, more than 100 per person 4) Moderate service

What a wonderful experience, we had at this beautiful hotel. The entire staff is very polite, friendly and genuine. The hotel is immaculate, and the rooms are very clean and welcoming staff. The front desk team is the best, arriving and checking out, Every time is smile and a welcome to you. I am just very grateful for their hospitality. Thank you!

Exceptionally professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always smiling and greeting guests. A particular shout out to Rana, Asad and Yaqub for going above and beyond taking care of me during my stay. Nice dinner and excellent amenities. Rooms are impeccably cleaned and comfortable. Would highly recommend Holiday inn olaya Riyadh. Staff & facilitates make the different!! Good hotel with warm customer services which goes out of their way to help. Receptionist and Restaurant supervisor guys are helpful with welcoming smile always. At Dana Restaurant dinner buffet really amazing verity options and very delicious food, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking high-quality service and an extraordinary staff.
