Four Points by Sheraton Riyadh Khaldia

Four Points by Sheraton at Riyadh is a nice and comfortable hotel to stay, offering spacious rooms and good food options that make the experience pleasant for my business.

The location is great and very close to a metro station with services around you. The staff was polite and helpful, especially Ms. Majd, who was very helpful, polite, and professional in dealing with guests

Overall it was wonderful meeting people like Moataz Mersal - he was always very quick in welcoming my wife n I to the Nakheel restaurant. Great food great service - thumbs up! Then there was Raghad (guest services) who gave timely and sound advice to my wife regarding safety n metro directions to National Museum etc. Need to mention Montaser n Ahmed as well! Such attentive staff at the bar & gym! 👍 On the other hand, the housekeeping team needs re-training. Everyday (for four days three nights) they forgot to replenish items in the room! We had to keep calling them! 👎

Very poor stay. No room service for our entire 3-day stay. No towels provided. Curtains were torn and dirty, TV did not work, AC controller was broken, walls were falling apart, and the shower was broken with very low water pressure. Not acceptable and not recommended.
