I have stayed in this hotel several times over the past years, but I will not stay in this hotel again after the last experience, where I noticed the low level of interest in the guest, especially the hotel reservations department, which did not cooperate with me to solve my problem.

Small Room & Good Breakfast Its one of the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Luggage was delay, issue with card room multiple times. Iron board not getting on time. There was not amenity in the room like toothbrush and comb and price is super high i can book good hotel with this price.

Very good hotel and the staff were very professional and they were very friendly the room was ok the room service was ok to and the location was in the heart of the city center very close to many restaurants and many shops and for sure I will go there again as I like the hotel very much

Good hotel for the money with excellent breakfast buffet variety… very welcoming and helpful staff. My only comment would be to add more machines to the gym. Overall it exceeded my expectations

Bad experience, Booked a stay for 1 night but its full of noice. Kids screaming in the corridor. Lost one night of sleep Very poor management of the hotel. We are highly appalled to see such service and treatment from Centro. This is highly Disappointing and Atrocious.

The very poor service took away from the hotel quality, Starting with the check in, it took them a long time to find me a room.Customer service is far from professional.I ordered sandwiches from the room service and they said it will take 30 min and after follow up call, it was delivered after 40min!!A very unprofessional hotel and I will not return again
