The hotel is about 35 minutes drive from the airport and about 15 minutes drive from the Kingdom Center. The location is quite convenient, surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel is newly decorated and has good facilities, but the room is not very big. Overall it is good

I want to complain about the service attitude of a fat man at the front desk of this hotel. There is no hair dryer in the room and the refrigerator is not cooling. I called the room to give feedback. The new hair dryer was delivered very quickly, but it was broken. The hair dryer was heated if the hot air lasted for more than five seconds. Warped and smelled like burnt plastic. I called the front desk and continued to give feedback. After almost half an hour, there was still no replacement. I went to the front desk with the deformed hair dryer. The fat man at the front desk said "Will change a new one". I signaled to leave and saw that he didn't have any other questions. Inquire, ask Do you know my room number? Sorry sir, could you please tell me your room number? After watching him write it down, I went back to the room and soon changed it to a usable one. However, the refrigerator was not replaced from the first day to the seventh day! The single purchase of breakfast in the buffet area is 99sar. The waiters in the dining area are generally very good and will serve a la carte meals. They are very full of attitude. The public area is fairly well-equipped, with six small conference rooms and one large conference room. However, once a company holds a meeting there during the period, the room price will increase a lot, so be careful when comparing prices! To be honest, the price/performance ratio is low, the public area is not large, but the price is more expensive than Marriott. If you don’t care about the distance, I recommend Intercity, which is not far away. It will be better overall, but its swimming pool is on the roof. Amazing service from this fantastic hotel. The realized when they looked at my passport it was my birthday and presented me with a birthday cake at dinner. This is the only hotel in Riyadh I would ever stay at. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough

We went for breakfast, and the food was good. The atmosphere was nice. The place was clean. The gentleman Ahmed was very helpful. The kids had a lot fun they were very courteous even with our kids making a bit of mess. I would recommend everyone to go especially given the price

I have had a very smooth stay at Radisson. The room was refreshing and very comfortable. The hotels offers free on-site parking which I used. I look forward to staying there again.
