Gloria Inn Riyadh

I would like to leave a very good review for this hotel. We had a pleasant stay and the room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were polite and helpful. I would also like to give special appreciation to the male receptionist. He was very accommodating, respectful, and professional. He made the check-in/check-out process smooth and easy. The only small issue we experienced was the sofa in the room, which had an unpleasant smell. We hope this can be checked and cleaned for future guests. Overall, we still had a very good stay. Thank you for the wonderful service. We will definitely recommend this hotel and we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

I booked this hotel for 1 week but when I arrived after 2 days I left the hotel to be honest the hotel it was in danger area and the reception time they wasn’t helpful and never look after customers.

Location of the hotel was good with access to Riyadh Metro. Areas where improvements are required, - reception can be more welcoming considering Riyadh is a global powerhouse now - cleanliness in room and other areas can be enhanced - electricity was cut off a couple of times which required usage is stairs which was not helpful at all - internet was extremely bad and I had to spend a lot of money on international hotspots - room service can be enhanced as empty bottles were left in the room - I was provided room near to road and it was horrendous causing me to wake up multiple times at night Overall below par experience and highly not recommend
