My room got bad smell, bedsheet was not clean.

فندق ممتاز، تتوفر فيه مواقف سيارات كافية، النظافة ممتازة والخدمة جيدة وتعامل الموظفين راقٍ. موقع مميز المترو قريب الاسواق والكافيهات قريبه

綺麗でスタッフも丁寧かつフレンドリーで楽しい宿泊でした！ピラミッドやスフィンクスといった観光地にも近くタクシーも捕まえやすい立地でとても良かったです

Location was good but the front desk staff were gloomy faces.Not even speak english.

The heating in the room didn't work. The in the shower was not hot enough. And above all, they are not capable to raise an invoice after having paid and after having asked for it 5 times per E-Mail. They find excuses not to generate the invoice . Avoid to go to this Hotel

I have booked two rooms through a third party and have been trying to confirm my reservation and ask additional questions. For the last four days, I have called every number listed on your website (reservations, reception, concierge, and other departments), but no one has been available during this time. I also sent an email to check the status and hoped someone would respond. The only reply I received was from the reservation team "confirmed", but they did not answer my questions. I must say that this level of service is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed, and I will not book this hotel again nor recommend it to others.
