Radisson Hotel Riyadh Airport

I couldn't enjoy it because of the unprofessionalism of the staff; we were not treated properly. We waited for more than five hours until our request was fulfilled. Upon check-in, I was received by the receptionist into saying that I had to wait for an hour until I was offered a room with a good view, but I later discovered that she was trying to delay me until her shift ended and another employee would provide the service. The hot tub was not working and the staff was completely uncooperative; The outdoor pools are dirty and you can barely see the bottom; Their color tends toward yellow from the dirt. It was my first visit here, and I really don't want to go back.

GOOD Excellent hotel, great location, clean rooms, and service.

A very good spot to enjoy Riyadh, close to the airport and with a lot of facilities ! You have pools and a SPA + a free minibus to go back to the airport

An excellent, hassle-free stay at Radisson Hotel Riyadh Airport. The property is modern, remarkably clean, and conveniently close to the terminals. Rooms are spacious and quiet, and the staff are welcoming and efficient throughout. An ideal, comfortable spot for a layover, business trip, or quick city visit

The stay was acceptable overall. The hotel has a convenient location, and the common areas and pool were pleasant. The room was comfortable enough, but some parts of the property felt dated and could use better maintenance. The staff were generally polite and helpful. Overall, it was a reasonable stay, but I expected a little more for the hotel category and price.
