酒店位置很好～出門50m就是海邊～ 離世帆基地&燈塔景區很近 門口就有公交站～沿線一站一站坐公交遊很方便！ 房間很大很乾凈！24h熱水！床也很舒服！ 帶行李箱的有電梯～ 缺點是淡季出行早餐附近吃的不多～ 就一家蘭州拉麪一家便利店～簡單吃還不錯～ 其它的點外賣熱門的大約30-40min配送

服務好，房間大，衞生！主動免費給升級房間，停車方便。離燈塔景區和碼頭近，酒店內有餐廳，可以點菜吃。下次來還會選擇萬興海景大酒店入住。

實在是太滿意了，前台的小哥哥小姐姐態度都巨好，還給我升級了房型，環境衞生也是特別特別乾淨，孩子都滿意的不行不行的，説下次來還住這裏，出門就是海，晚上可以沿着木棧道走走，吹吹海風，大概幾分鐘就可以走到燈塔，周邊吃的也多，不管出去吃還是點外賣都很方便，下次來日照還住他家

進酒店的感覺，地理位置還不錯，在燈塔馬路邊上，酒店整體設計風格，一看就知道是比較舊的，我們住進來，停車免費，前台給我從內景房升級到外景房，我很開心，上樓一進去一股黴味，房間空調是提前開的，不熱，就是設施不好，房間的燈基本不亮，2晚含早餐897塊，吃早飯給我寶寶買了19塊錢的半價早餐，基本就是包子油條粥，我愛喝的咖啡沒有，這也沒啥，本來我對吃的沒啥要求，就是住宿的條件跟490一晚 不太搭配 ，沒有護髮素，滿分5分，我給3分，酒店現在還想生意好的話，建議全部裝潢改造。

離海近，過馬路就是。服務設施好，最好的是有個浴缸，玩了一天太累了，泡一下，輕鬆了不少，浴室沒異味，酒店前台的小姐姐服務態度熱情，告知我怎麼玩不累，人少，非常棒。

最滿意的是酒店位置:離燈塔景區跟近，出門就可以坐快艇或者遊船出海；旁邊有幾家海鮮酒店，比較不錯；前台很熱情，服務態度很好；不經意間就會給你一個暖心提示。旅遊旺季，346還是不錯的；一年四季就這兩三個月能賺點錢，做生意也不容易。
