Beautiful boutique hotel off the Pier in town close to everything. Beautiful views and staff was very friendly
. I loved the free rum punch upon arrival. Food was delicious and staff brought it to the room.

Property was located by the marina which was great. But our partial ocean view looked directly at our neighbors ac unit. The washer was broke apparently so check in was delayed. A gal at breakfast was super sweet. But it seemed the other staff didn’t really want us there.

I stayed 1 day on the front end of my trip and one day on the back end. Beautiful room with a wonderful view - and got the same room both times as they remembered me. The restaurant on site was fabulous as well, both food and service. I plan on coming back

Whole establishment very very tired. Room cleaning poor, cockroaches dead and alive, glasses not washed, sheets and towels were grey, we had a dead gecko on top of sofa, no safe was provided, tv didn’t work in bedroom, toilet leaked, holes in all windows and doors, drinking water, shampoo, conditioner not replenished each day, no shower gel. Floor tiles all chipped. Prime location, good view and vouchers for rum punch very welcome. No designated parking space for guests. Staff pleasant.

We have stayed here before and it’s very convenient and it’s right on the water. This time was unfortunate because we have a room where the air-conditioning doesn’t work and it’s on the top floor. Extremely warm.

Our room wasn't made available to us until over an hour after the check in time. It was well after 4:00 after a long day of travel for us. We don't feel that enough was done to compensate us for the inconvenience of sitting and waiting for an hour for our room. There was not good communication as to the reason for the wait. They didn't have a secure enough situation for us to feel good about leaving our belongings so that we could walk around. It was a bad start to the stay. The room was nice once we got in.

It was a fast, efficient check in process. Free drink coupons upon checking in-non alcoholic or alcoholic versions available. All staff were pleasant. Have stayed here in the past and will continue to stay in the future.

Property is clean. Staff is friendly but it does feel dated especially the restaurant. The staff while friendly and helpful don’t seem to have flow down for helping folks in the restaurant. The check in process was good.
