Holiday Inn Trophy Club

Outside looked amazing as did the lobby. Desk clerk wasn't over the top friendly but no complaints about her however the other girl didn't have time to look up from her phone 🙄 Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Didn't get the breakfast $13 is a bit much for a hotel breakfast so we went out. I'm guessing there were children above us due to the constant noise of jumping and yelling. Then at 4 am there was an alarm going off in the next room. Called the desk about children and alarm and nothing was done about it.

No body wash for my bedtime shower, coffeemaker not working in the morning, pool was closed for the day ( primary reason for choosing this hotel)

Very nice place to Stay. Clean with hot breakfast. Although the pool was not available.

They over charged my credit card by over $200 and they can’t even get decent water pressure or hot water! Would not stay here again. Front desk at night was rude as well !

Enjoyed the staff everyone was friendly and helpful. It was nice to see smiling faces! The parking was easy to access

Night staff sleeping on couch at 2am. Sleeping at desk at 12am. No one ever at the front desk. Rooms gross. Paint peeling. Low water pressure and temp. Housekeeping does awful job. Overall 2/10

The HVAC unit was not working, room was extremely hot. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was not working. The hotel was packed and they put us over the ballroom, where a reception played LOUD music until almost mid-night.

Liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the property. Nice and secluded. Better info about breakfast and facilities availabilty would be nice

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. We drove from DFW Airport (which there is confusing construction and the exit is closed in front of the hotel) at midnight after a day of travel, stayed here with ********** points. We live 2 hours from the airport and just needed a place to crash before work just down the road Monday morning. What a mistake choosing this hotel!! Dirty Dirty Dirty, the floor was barely mopped & the shower pan was spray painted over mold. All the cabinets & drawers did not close. Threshold ripped up. The lights in the night stands did not work. The sheets and towels were the only clean things in the room. Since we were there for all of 7 hours and had long pjs and shoes to wear around the room, we stayed just to get some rest. Which I’m glad we didn’t put in the effort to switch rooms, as we were leaving we met a women in the elevator, she checked-out as we got (terrible) coffee. I heard her complaining about the second room she was in being just as disgusting as the first but she was too tired to get a third room! I chimed in and let the front desk know our room was the same level of filth. She was not charged for her room, but we were told they wouldn’t refund Hotel.com points. We book with ********** weekly and (almost) always look at the reviews. In the plane coming home I didn’t as Trophy Club is a nice area and I just went off points. That’s on me. But if you stay there after reading this…bring your own mop and cleaning products!!
