We stayed at this hotel a few times, at this recent trip, they couldn't find our booking, wanted us to make another payment, we showed them our online confirmation, they still insist they don't have our booking, 10 mins later, they say they managed to find our booking, quite disappointed.

Good room size Location just perfect for us to get access to the Nissan arena (by car) Facility was old but useable

I booked online and paid, but when i get there they said i have to pay another $100 then i will get it when i check out. When i check out they say we reversed your money it will reflect later days passed i called them and they say just wait it will reflect and now more than 3 weeks has passed they didn't return my money, so im not sure if its a sort of a scam they are running or what?

Close to sunny bank, staffs are nice, quiet and good for family travel.

Located near to Griffith University and Sunnybank area. Very convenient with many room options. Good for families coming to visit.

Clean and quiet, perfect after a long trip

It's just a regular motel, nothing around, so it's very quiet at night. But the cats aren't idle; they start barking around 3 AM. Breakfast costs $29, which is really not worth it.

The hotel boasts a prime location with convenient transportation and excellent surrounding amenities, making it ideal for both leisure and business travel. The hotel environment is elegant, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel service is excellent; the staff are warm and attentive, making guests feel right at home.

The room was very clean, and the blankets were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, but unfortunately, there was no washer or dryer in the room. Parking was conveniently available right outside the door. There's a Xi'an restaurant nearby, and the Sunnybank shopping district is a 10-minute drive away, with large supermarkets, Asian supermarkets, and numerous Chinese restaurants, including Haidilao. It's a really good value option!

Travel is not particularly convenient, but other aspects are good

It is a holiday villa, very suitable for traveling, there are many Chinese restaurants nearby, it is very convenient to eat. We also went to eat Xi'an Roujiamo and Liangpi that night, which were super authentic.

I made a mistake in booking my name at first, but the staff was very helpful. My family doesn't speak the same language, so I used translation software. It was inconvenient for the old man to go upstairs, so he found a room without stairs.

It is especially suitable for self-driving travel and accommodation. The hotel has complete facilities and everything you need. There is no problem in cooking for yourself.
